Is it covered by insurance?
Chosen Health is a cash-pay practice. We can provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement where eligible.
How long does it take?
Labs and InBody take about 45 minutes. Your provider visit is one hour and typically happens 1–2 weeks later.
What happens after?
You receive a written plan, a recommended membership tier, and the option to start your protocol the same day.
